Not news I suppose to those here who are already well established on CR and have seen what happened to their own numbers, but breathtaking for the rest of us I would think. Can't wait to see the whole study. And can't wait until I get my caloric intake down to numbers that represent serious CR. Although, assuming I continue with a gradual transition, that will likely not be for a year or two.
