Warren: you can tell your nasty friend that the quote I attributed to

Walford is on page129 (bottom) and is exactly as written in my post: GUAR

GUM MUST BE INCORPORATED INTO THE MEAL TO BE EFFECTIVE. Even if taken TWO

minutes before a meal, it has no effect.

My other quotes are on the pages mentioned in the original post.
