Hi All,

Yesterday, I went on the air for ~30 on the local radio

station's " Talk of the Town " . It went pretty well from my

prospective. Mom said I was clear and effective in speaking, in

contrast to how I am later in the evening, my " mellow time " . Topics

were the CR and other diets, low easy the CR diet is not for most

people, and the ON component of the CR diet.

I had another dream this morning. It may be related to my radio

station talk and rather extremely low weight and the resulting risk

to health. I was eating my kind of foods and their amounts at a

table. Various large, strange insects landed on the food and table.

I had the tendency to kill them using food implements, much to the

chagrin of the person eating with me. After some time and in the

later part of the day, I ventured into a nearby field for unknown

reason(s). While there, it became cooler, windier and darker in the

fading light both from the time of day and weather. Raindrops were

felt. I sought to return to the eating area and my companion, but

the location was unclear. I fell into a swampy pool and was

distressed. I then awoke. I had overslept my 5 am target. I

weighed 94 pounds naked, urine-voided.

I saw the psychiatrist on Tuesday. He felt that I have an eating

disorder, not otherwise specified (NOS). I do not eat the amounts

that are required for my health safety. I was not following

instructions to eat more and my insurance coverage company was so

informed. He thought it would not affect my insurance coverage. It

was only 40 minutes for a scheduled 30. He is our city's only

psychiatrist who sometimes must restrict his sessions to 15 minutes.

I see him next on July 6.

I received my blood test results recently from my May 3 tests. They

are summarized below, in addition to my earlier test results:

I had previously written:

" I received this week the results from my Mar. 31/04 serum

collections. The present results for the latest tests to me

suggest: No changes in immune cells occurred (despite ending an 11

day cold 2 days previously)

Urea is on the low end of the reference range instead of low

probably due to increasing previously low protein intake a little

Magnesium is low.

My previous taking iron supplements and their continuation lead to

little hemoglobin or ferritin change

My cell morphology is normal despite some low levels abnormality

previously

TSH was about for me normally elevated and only this time sufficient

to raise total T3 thyroid hormone. Please comment on anything else

that may occur to you. Results this last month first were: "

And here are the data for both test dates:
