Guest guest
1) Hello everyone. My name is Alfredo, from Miami. Best wishes to all. 2) For years I have been fascinated by the low-calorie diet approach, a hard proposition in such an abundant society. In my memory often reverberating the research on low-calorie diet on rats populations in UCLA (or another California university) many years ago, with startling results, which apparently has been duplicated with similar results very recently. I remember an interesting statement from one of Dr. Weil's book about the decrease of visit to the hospitals in Europe during WWII, atributed by him to a decrease in illnesses from a sharp decrease on calorie intake during that period. 3) Being a practitioner of Kriya Yoga, having being initiated into this practice in 1999 by Paramahansa Hariharananda (1908, Bengal - 2003, Miami), a life-long vegetarian who ate practically the same every day, this concept is not necessarily foreign to me. God's speed, Alfredo
