Hi Cathie,

You may be correct. Most of us usually are. The toxic buildup begins in

the womb with whatever your mother ate, drank, smoked or used in some

fashion. It then carries over into eating dead devitalized baby food

that causes colic and all kinds of problems with babies who do not have

the enzymes to digest yet. This continues right on up till present time

because our eating habits were born from what we observed whilst growing

up. It is amazing how much mucus and toxins the human body can hold

onto. It does take quite a long while to clean it all out too. I have

been cleaning mine out gently for about 4 years now and still have a

long way to go.

You are doing really well with yourself but realize that you can't force

him to change. He must do it on his own volition or it won't happen. But

the bowel cleanse is the place to start.

Hi Don,

Passing those two kidney stones may turn out to be alife changing event for him. Now he's given up coffee and he NEVER did that before. Imean he gave it up Cold Turkey.

My mom has been a health nut since I was in the third grade. We never had potato chips or soda in the house. Niether ofmy parents smoke. When I was a freshman in highschool we moved to the mountains and had our own chickens and farm fresh eggs right from our own coop. Our own home rasied pigs sent to slaughter fed on fermnnted grains ( the grains fermented naturallyin the big barrel they were standing in due to getting rained on and standing outinthe heat and my mom decided it was even healthier that way and it stunk like fermented yuck but the pigs loved it.

My mom ground her own whole wheat flour and made home made bread.

Basically, since third grade I've lived on whole grain foods and not organic however, but natural.

I think my worst culprit has been the cheese and butter. I don't care formeat much with the exception of a good pork roast ( which i always roast in the oven FIRST to get rid of the fat before putting in the green chile stew -- i rarely enjoy meat plain, for itself and itself alone ).

My husband is so far going along wit these diet change3s with me, motivated to clean himself out too, before it's too late.

HIs father had diabetes and died of colon cancer and I think I'm finally convincing him he needs to have more than one bowel movement a day ( I always have several, probably because since the third grade I've lived on whole grain foods ).

Blessings,

Cathie

Interestingly, he doesn't seem to be having the withdrawels, but he is drinking some green tea in the morning which does have caffein.

He's a man with a very strong will and Pluto near his ascendant. when he finally makes up his mind to do something, he has a tremendous will. I've seen him quit cigarettes cold turkey as well, in a way I don't think many are capable of. by the same turn, when he is not ready to change, he is like most of us I suppose immovable as a stubborn donkey.

Peace,

Cathie

Hi Cathie,

I am glad to hear that he went off the coffee but I am hoping that he

won't suffer the usual caffeine withdrawals. They can be very intense

and unsettling to say the least.

DH changing his diet to more natural with lots of fiber and sprouted

grains will much lessen his chances for colon cancer and diabetes. It is

good that he is going along with you and supporting you. He is helping

himself in the process.

I know all about pork roasts but you really should not eat pork.

However, that being said if you do eat it at least try and make it

organic. Do keep up with your changes and take time to do it. Don't rush

anything. Give your body time to adjust to these new changes before you

change something else. Slow and easy is the best way to go. Much less

physical and mental emotional stress that way.
