Very pleased with Nutiva, don't like other brands

Nutiva is not cheap to me either. It is wonderful. Spectrum is a cheap brand

and it was awful to me. Nothing alike.

And there is nothing technically ³wrong² with the Spectrum brand, but there

process must be different from Nutiva¹s, even though it is expeller pressed.

I would have to read again on my Nutiva to see the exact process used.
