He doesn't need to do a complete cleanse yet but he does need to do a

bowel cleanse before doing a liver/gallbladder cleanse or gall stone

expulsion cleanse. The bowels need to be cleaned and clear before doing

anything with the liver and gallbladder. You want to make sure that the

escape route is free and clear before dumping a bunch of toxins and

stuff into the bowels. Otherwise a lot of it can be reabsorbed causing

all kinds of problems.
