Eri, I would be interested in getting some of your almonds.

Like you, I buy things in bulk and make it available.

Latest item: I picked up 110 pounds of fresh in-the-shell

jumbo Hartley walnuts for approx $100.00 ( ~ $1.00/Lb ).

I always buy in the shell, so I don't overeat. Cracking the

nuts yourself impedes " pigging out " , and is a helpful deterrent

to gluttony -- prevents bingeing.

The walnuts are best purchased in late October, when they

are the freshest. They come in bulk 20 kilo bags (55 Lbs)

and are dropped shipped via UPS to your door.

If interested, email me off list. If you know of other good

items yourself, please share. Thanks! -- Warren

Hello everyone -

I have just spoken with a Santa Barbara farmer about purchasing his

almonds " fresh from the field, " which cost $2.75 per pound and an

additional $2 as far as the East Coast. He will negotiate a

decrease in shipping and/or purchase cost for bulk (10# or more). I

consider this a great deal. If would like contact information

please just let me know. More importantly, however: if anyone knows

of a *better* deal than this, please let me know =P. Thanks all and

CRON on.

- Eri

Eri,

I'm interested in the almonds too. I live 90 minutes from Santa Barbara and visit often so could possibly pick them up.

Best,

Lee
