update on my post about retaining water

Hi, first I want to thank everyone for there help on why I could have

been retaining water. Anyway to recap I had starte taking 3 tablespoons

of CO daily a little over a week ago. I started getting very tired all

day long and was retaining water and had gained 5 pounds. Now before I

started I was doing good on weight loss by watching what I ate and

walking 4 miles a day and drinking lots of water. So I thought it was

because of the coconut oil. I stoped taking it for one day and lost all

the water I was retaining. I thought I start again since I had been

doing some reading and it seemed that my symptoms were from my body

detoxing. I started back on the CO several days ago and everything has

been fine. I am not tired and not retaining water. I have accutally

lost 3 pounds. So I am going to keep with it. I also love the way my

skin is feeling, much softer.
