Bulk Discount: Fresh Nonpareil Almonds

Hello everyone -

I have just spoken with a Santa Barbara farmer about purchasing his

almonds " fresh from the field, " which cost $2.75 per pound and an

additional $2 as far as the East Coast. He will negotiate a

decrease in shipping and/or purchase cost for bulk (10# or more). I

consider this a great deal. If would like contact information

please just let me know. More importantly, however: if anyone knows

of a *better* deal than this, please let me know =P. Thanks all and
