Casein is only found in dairy products. " Animal protein " can be flesh, dairy or eggs. I wouldn't condemn all animal protein just because casein was found to be a problem. And isolating casein is not the same thing as eating naturally occurring casein in pasture raised (ie grass-fed), unpasteurized dairy products.
