This should only be done following a major complete cleanse beginning

with the colon.

Thanks . I'm not going to be able to get him to do a complete cleanse, and not to worry we won't be giving him the overnight cleanse of drinking the pint of olive oil. However, I think this is enough to convice him to give up coffee. Continue drinking lots of water with lemon juice in it, and eating my cabbage salads! ;-)

I'm thinking of getting him some Green Tea just so he can have something to drink in the morning that has caffeine in it. Would Green Tea be contraindicated in this situation, or is it ok for him to drink some green tea in the morning to "get himself going" --
