Blocking RF on water pipes and propane pipes

Is there any kind of ferrite that can be used to put on water pipes and pipes

that come into the house from the propane tank to block RF coming in on those

pipes? My propane pipe is about 1 inch pipe. So I'm looking for a ferrite

device that can be wrapped around the pipe just before it enters the house.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
