Guest guest
Some stuff I read suggested THC would be helpful, but I haven't tried it. I used to have a feeling hemp cereal was a bit beneficial, but I stopped because of the sugar. I'm liking benfotiamine (prefer Doctor's Best over the other I tried) and it may help against tingling. I also often take inositol at bedtime per Conrad. plus C, coQ10, E, methyl folate, B12 etc etc. Hawthorn seems like a good idea and I take it daily now. Guest guest
Thanks for the advice on hemp milk. BTW, GNC's multi-vitamin contains inositol and alpha lipoic acid mentioned today. I've taken it on occasion. Has anyone tried it? > > > > > > > Hi, all. Just thought I'd pass on this piece of advice.
