Calcium’s effect on fat loss is not new news, at least for rats. :) Check the

URL below. Note the calcium source was low fat dairy or supplements.

A quote from the article: “Researchers also found very small increases in

of calcium…” So you can rest easy - the laws of thermodynamics are still being

enforced!
