Okay, sitting in the back of the plane:

-- possibly good for ES, since nobody will be sitting in back of you with a

laptop, iPhone, Kindle, etc.

-- possibly bad for ES if you react to an airplane engine which might be

right outside your window (note that I've never had a reaction to an

airplane engine)

-- possibly bad for your hearing or comfort if an airplane engine is

right outside your window.

-- possibly good if your plane crashes, since the people in the front

are more likely to be killed

-- possibly bad in terms of air quality, since " the good air " is supposed

to be in front (although personally I've never noticed this -- I'd be

more concerned if I was sitting next to someone wearing some

obnoxious perfume/cologne)

But with airplanes, my main ES concerns are with what electronics

people are using within a few feet of me.
