This is very good news!

Spain recognizes electrohypersensitivity as a disability.

The Spanish and other European nations are requesting to the World Health

Organization that it classify Ehs as a disease in the International

Classification of Diseases (ICD) 

Once that happens, we can petition the U.S. Department of Health and Human

Services, the American Medical Association and other U.S. groups on the ICD

panel to include it in the U.S. ICD classification system.

Hypersensitivity to the waves produced by mobile phones becomes a new cause of

permanent disability.

Spain, September 2011 .- This has been ruled by the Labour Court to declare

Madrid 24 permanent incapacitation of a college professor who suffered from

chronic fatigue and environmental and electromagnetic hypersensitivity. The

ruling is unique in this regard and make a precedent for future conditions

related to hypersensitivity to these waves. The verdict was issued on 23 May and

gave the teachers 100% of his base salary, which amounted to 1640.80 euros.

Team Assessment of the Social Security disability (EVI), recognized in clinical

diagnosis: chronic fatigue syndrome, celiac disease, fibromyalgia syndrome and

environmental electromagnetic hypersensitivity, yet they dismissed the patient's

disability.

The Labour Court in Madrid again puts into question the criteria for the

granting of this degree by the provincial leadership of the national institute,

and recognizes the rights of the applicant stating that presents enormous

problems for the performance of their tasks " with appropriate level of

professionalism and performance. "

La hipersensibilidad a las ondas que producen los teléfonos móviles se

convierte en una nueva causa de incapacidad permanente.

 

España, septiembre de 2011.- Así lo ha dictaminado el Juzgado de lo Social 24

de Madrid al declarar la incapacitación permanente de una profesora

universitaria que padecía fatiga crónica e hipersensibilidad electromagnética

y ambiental. La sentencia es única en este aspecto y crea precedente para

futuras patologías relacionadas con la hipersensibilidad a estas ondas. El

veredicto se dictó el pasado 23 de mayo y concedió a la docente el 100% de su

base reguladora, que ascendía a 1640,80 euros.

El Equipo de Valoración de incapacidades de la Seguridad Social, (E.V.I) ,

reconoció en su diagnóstico clínico: síndrome de fatiga crónica, enfermedad

celíaca, fibromialgia y síndrome de hipersensibilidad electromagnética y

ambiental, pese a lo cual desestimó la incapacitación de la paciente.

El Juzgado de lo Social de Madrid pone de nuevo en entredicho el criterio para

la concesión de este grado por parte de la dirección provincial del instituto

nacional, y reconoce los derechos de la solicitante al afirmar que presenta

enormes problemas para el desempeño de sus tareas “con adecuado nivel de

profesionalidad y rendimiento " .
