Guest guest
Aside from basic "stay away from processed sugars", reactive hypoglycemia is often managed by using more fiber. The fiber slows down the rise & fall of glucose reactions. So if your CRON diet utilizes more fiber & less processed sugars, then lessening of reactions should follow. My doctor told me this, I have found this to be true. No link on this since this is the basic you find at every web site. Annecdotally, I find much help with using soluble fiber by supplement. For me it isn't the CRON that helps manage the sugar swings. Rather the soluble fiber helps me to better pursue ON foods: fruits, vegetables, etc. http://www.pathmed.com/p/136,441.html Hakan Aygun wrote: Does anybody with functional reactive hypoglycemia, practise CRON diet? Does CRON diet help to stabilize glucose metabolism of the one with hypoglycemia?
