Guest guest
, Buy a Weight Watcher's cook book. Easy, quality, and low fat. And usually tasty. And cheap, as they're remaindered books at many book stores. That's my 2 cents anyway. PhillyJude MGB 11-3-00 263/189.5/144 ya think? Guest guest
: Calories and protein. Do they go together. It seems as tho all the good recipes are either fatty or high in calories. I am sure some of the ladies can help tho but if you want some easy ones I can give you recipes but not necessarily healthy. Phyllis
Guest guest
Sue: If I can have one of those brochures I would appreciate it. I love sweet potatoes and most of my family do also. Phyllis 2903 Greenridge Rd., Orange Park, Fl 32073 Thanks If it causes a problem that is ok. Just if you have extra's. Phyllis
Guest guest
: I didn't put in the recipe that I generally use the sugar free puddings and use applesauce instead of the oil. I sent the recipe as it came to me. Phyllis

Guest guest
PJ --- I am the WW queen --- it is the best way to go. In fact last night I made beef tips in mushroom gravy, rice, steamed carrots, green beans and Phyllis' (skinnywannabe) chocolate chip pound cake (only I took almost all of the fat and sugar out of it). Dinner was fabulous and from a WW standpoint only 12 points for " normal " portions (not mine) including dessert. That is great for a full meal including dessert. Guest guest
Good Idea Jude, I always modify the recepies in those books because I tend to think they use toooo much sugars and fats. Guest guest
Hi all, I am fairly new to the calorie restriction arena and I really need some family-friendly recipes. Also, my job keeps me in my car most of the time so I also need portable lunch and snack ideas to throw in my cooler. Any input is appreciated! Guest guest
In the " links " section we have an very extensive recipe collection under " Member's Recipes " . In the " files " under " IMPROVING YOUR CRON PROGRAM " we have dozens of links to other healthy recipe sites in the file with that name. We also have a file called " Food on the run/travel kit " . I encourage all newbies to read the files and links which are jam packed with useful info. This was mentioned in your " welcome " message when you joined the group. on 6/12/2004 11:15 AM, divaonthemove at divaonthemove@... wrote: > Hi all, I am fairly new to the calorie restriction arena and I > really need some family-friendly recipes.
