I've found the BEST and in the long run, cheapest way to relieve

aches and pains in my body is CHANGE MY DIET!

DAIRY, BREADS/CEREALS (wheat and other PROCESSED grains), SUGAR and most all

MEATS, especially RED MEAT... are all extremely ACIDIC, and cause the body to

produce HUGE amounts of MUCUS, which line the sinus, lungs, stomach and

digestive tracts, causing swelling and inflammation in the body - thus aches and

pains.

Dairy, corn and grains were also triggers for migraines so severe the only thing

that would give me relief was a shot of Demerol... then I was in a little pink

bubble for about a week.  What a WASTE of life when you're in that much pain...

so often... that life seems simply NOT worth living...!

Eating mostly RAW FOODS, juicing, blending - ALKALINE greens - veggies and a

little fruit - has made a HUGE difference in MY BODY.

And I've recovered from Fibromyalgia and CANCER - so it WORKS!

Oh, I've also had 17 amalgams and 2 nickel crowns replaced and detoxed from

them... plus 22 years as a welder! 

I was a walking, TOXIC TIME BOMB.

Now at 68 I have a quality of life I never expected to have again...

and so MUCH ENERGY I sleep less than 6 hours a day!
