Don, Suzi, or Anyone

I need information. I know that red raspberry leaf tea can relax and calm cramps and help as a uterus tonic. I know that many women take this as a tea to help with pregnancy and during labor. However, will this same herb delay the onset of labor contractions to the point of being late for the due date? How powerful is this stuff and how much or how often should it be used for good results during pregnancy? Thanks a whole bunch I need this information for a friend as soon as possible.

Many Blessings

Hi Lynn,

Red Raspberry leaf tea is perfectly safe to take during pregnancy. If

taken regularly during pregnancy it will help to quiet or reduce

premature pains and produce as safe, speedy and easy delivery. So no it

will not delay the onset of labor. As to how often a woman can partake

of this wonderful herb, well she can pretty much drink it as needed and

during labor she can take a teacupful every hour.

I do hope this answers your questions and really hope it helps your

friend in her time of need. Do keep us informed and let us know how it

goes please!
