Guest guest
: we need the proof. And the proof should be from a credible scientific source to be meaningful to us. Any hack on the net can pontificate and say " it's just common sense " . And there are so many of them!! That's why we rely on scientific studies for our evaluations of what's true or not. Early on in Walford's book he states on pg 22: " The bamboozling of the public by health faddists.....has taught people to rely on someone else's judgement, rather than teaching them how to evaluate evidence " and then, Walford suggests to question everything, even him, when he says on pg 25: " I hope you will look just as critically at all the evidence in this book " . on 6/10/2004 2:00 PM, mary at marymassung@... wrote: > > They are common sense.
