Guest guest Posted July 3, 2004 Report Share Posted July 3, 2004 French Fries (everything is assumed organic) Per person: 2 small or 1 lagre potatoes 2-3 tsp olive oil dash sea salt desired herbs Combine oil, salt and herbs in a bowl (my fav is the french or italian blend from the spice hunter). Slice potatoes in half and then in wedges. Plac e in bowl and toss lightly. This always take less oil then I imagine it would. Bake @ 400 10 minutes, turn potaotes ove and bake about another 10. To make extra crispy place under boiler for a few seconds. Place on paper towel to absorb extra oil.
