Guest guest
Rodney: my favorite marker is not one that you can do at home. It's the low WBC that is characteristic of being a CRONIE. This low WBC means that your immune system is " honed " . I like to see that low number on my blood tests which is quite a bit lower than pre-CRON. See BT120YD for more info. on 6/7/2004 8:46 PM, Rodney at perspect1111@... wrote: > > Any other suggestions will be appreciated. > > Rodney. >
Guest guest
I take mine during exercise (not easy to do) like on a treadmill,eg. I sit down measure it and write it down. Get on the treaddy and walk 1/2 mile, stop the treaddy, sit down and measure it again. I do that for 3 miles, 3 mph. Then I rest for 5 mins take it, rest 10 mins and take it. That at least gives an idea what it doing when exercising. There just isn't any non-invasive way to do it. Do that several days and watch the changes in BP and performance. I see BP come down at the start of the second day, drop more at the end of the exercise. You can experiment with faster walks - see the rise. Compare over time. Draw your own conclusions. My diastolic has always been low. But it is a while since I have seen a systolic reading below 120. So perhaps for the next couple of years I should be watching for a drop in body temperature (perhaps eventually by a full degree?) and for my systolic BP to drop below 110.Any other suggestions will be appreciated.Rodney.
