Guest guest
Hi Francesca: Thanks for the suggestion to regard blood pressure as a progress marker. My diastolic has always been low. But it is a while since I have seen a systolic reading below 120. So perhaps for the next couple of years I should be watching for a drop in body temperature (perhaps eventually by a full degree?) and for my systolic BP to drop below 110. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Rodney. > As mentioned before, BP can be easily taken at home or (if you don't have a > BP kit) at many supermarkets.
