Guest guest
As mentioned before, BP can be easily taken at home or (if you don't have a BP kit) at many supermarkets. Lowered BP is one of the most common markers. A feeling of well being and increased energy is felt by many . Better health and 0 or far fewer health problems (such as fewer and milder colds) are another obvious sign. Improved skin and hair (which is true in my case) is common. My hair is thick, full and healthier looking than anytime I can remember. This is mentioned (via the healthy coat of fur on the CRON mice) by Walford. Of course to be absolutely positive, the blood tests tell the final tale. We're each individuals and YMMV. See also Walford's book for the complete list of markers. > What other measures are there that we could use to keep track of > progress, and avoid possible problems?
