My neighbour who was poisoned with mercury at age 4 (now in her 60's) has had a

life time of depression, MCS, cancer more recently (gone), and an internal

stress like I've never seen. The misery is etched on her face. She's a really

nice lady but never smiles. Well, the other day I put some essential oils on

her and within seconds she was grinning ear to ear. I've never seen such a fast

transformation. I wish I would have captured it on video.

It was an oil called Balance that is in my Aroma Touch kit (available separately

too). If it's programmed into your SCIO, check it out. I know Zyto has them.

Not sure about SCIO. My website for that is www.mydoterra.com/detoxqueen.

Another thing that may help is GABA.

Hi , for some reason I can't catch the whole of your email below!

For anxiety and depression I recommend bach flower remedies, mimulus, larch, and any of the those which personally stand out for you. I also strongly recommend balancing your water element / kidney, adrenal glands. Rub your K27 points daily just below your collar bone - great for anxiety and resetting squiffy electrical circuitry. Also spend at least 15 minutes with soles of the feet on grass / soil. K1 point is in the centre of your foot - this will help you to feel grounded / authentic and in your body. Another great thing would be to sooth adrenal glands with vitamin B5 and mucilaginous foods like short grain brown rice, to hold water in the colon. A little more protein will help to ground also. When there is real depression going on, then taking the heir archy of stressful grains out of the diet for 6 weeks can transform the mental state completely. This means taking out all grains

barr amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, look to Dr Natasha McBrides work amongst others on the gut psychology connection. I find that by doing an adrenal stress test you can understand how supporting adrenal glands can give you back your bedrock and ability to cope with stress. Adrenal glands release cortisol when under stress, eventually this reserve runs dry- that is generally when we feel we can't cope with the stresses in life any more. Buffered vitamin C helps as does B vitamins, adaptogenic herbs and perhaps some glandular cortexes - look to Dr for info on adrenal stress. The Healing Codes, for releasing emotional baggage - I believe there is nothing like it, and you can do it anytime anywhere. It's a bit like eft but hugely more effective, I'm hooked!

Really hope you find your path forward as depression can be so all consuming

Last thing, 500mg tauring 3 x daily instead of gaba maybe more appropriate since alot of people find it difficult to absorb as gaba, but the body makes it with the aid of taurine. This works for me.

LOL

Copy the antidepressant into a homeopathic version and do one day real, one day

copy for one week and then two days real two days copy etc.

Try weekly Carc, Ars Alb 10m's. The antidepressant is an addiction and like

with all youneed to come off slow.

ALWAYS, support the adrenals with anxiety. Go to a good herbalist and muscle test for a good adrenal support product to nourish the adrenals and build energy in this gland.
