Guest guest
RLA and Stability- ongoing investigation. These guys post their independent laboratory analysis of their RLA at their website: http://www.glucorellr.com/ BAC.com will send you theirs on request. And then there's this: http://www.geronova.com/index.html?sticky-truth.html & main (not sure what to make of these claims...)
Guest guest
Both of these companies sound very convincing about their product. Apparently both of these R+Lipoic supplements are much more stable than the products that some CRonies have been using. I have been using Juvenon which of course is not R+, but said by Bruce Ames to be an effective form of Lipoic, just not AS effective as R+. I have been relunctant to try R+ supplements because they are said to degrade so rapidly, which I understand is why Bruce Ames decided against using it in Juvenon. I am now thinking of switching to one of these new products, but of course know nothing really about these companies except that their products sound great. I am hoping that some on this list who are more knowledgeable about R+Lipoic will offer comments and/or advice. Sandy
Guest guest
Difficult to know whom to trust in these matters! I have written to ConsumerLab.com asking them to evaluate R(+) lipoic acid supplements, but that my take some time, if it is ever done. Wakfer knows quite a bit about supplements. Perhaps his input on the matter may help you: http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en & lr= & ie=UTF-8 & safe=off & selm=3FC0F59D.706070\ 8%40morelife.org & rnum=7 or http://snipurl.com/7c5y >From: Islandblue36@... >Reply- > >Subject: Re: [ ] Re: acetyl-L-carnitine also R(+) Lipoic Acid >and Stability >Date: Fri, 25 Jun 2004 12:02:13 EDT > >Both of these companies sound very convincing about their product. >Apparently both of these R+Lipoic supplements are much more stable than the >products >that some CRonies have been using.
