Totally nasty. They just activated 4G LTE in Flint, MI, where my health food

store is. Oh yes

I could feel that stuff. My leg started to spasm the minute I entered that area.

For me, the shielding did help me (my legs aren't covered by the fabric)...and I

had to discharge rinsing head and feet in water

3-4 times when I got back. My heart goes out to everyone who has that where they

live.

Well said Lizzie! And this nerve damaging 4G LTE the cell industry is

porliferating every where.

I can't seem to avoid this toxic frequency and am paying the price. We all will.

Gosh, I was under the impression that esens was a support group.

Yes, we do have to read and wade thru various writings to mine the gold

that speaks to specific issues. And yes, some solutions can be pricey.

But the true blame is on corporate corruption; that we should have to

spend precious time/energy UN DOING the damage caused by profiteering

monsters. And for way too many, smart meters and their mega biological assaults

were NOT an issue a few years ago.

I quite agree with you and see how posts that could help people are

literally buried under 'chit chat'. It never used to be a few years ago.

People come here often disabled and suffering from the effects of the technology

that is killing them and because of it of course many are unable to work and

don't have money for expensive things that may not work.

It's a good point you made.

Loni, now that I think about it, you might do better, if it turns out the fabric

works for you,

to wear like a long poncho/ or like a shirt dress over your body...maybe even

with a built in hood. No they don't

make one..but remembering how my leg started to spasm that day..this would give

some cover to at least

some of the leg area.

its worth thinking

about. Can't be that hard to make. I'm game.

We have used T-Shirts ans normal Shirts and caps in the past.

Be aware NOT to wear them on the skin, but always over some underclothing.

Washing may break the silver wires.

And after some time, the material gets satidfied with the negative energy and

starts emitting it.

Therefore, we used selfmade inlays in the caps, and exchanged them regularly.

, that is interesting....we do wear the high performance silver mess

on our skin. It has never bothered us or presented a problem.

Maybe its because we DO discharge the excess static- rinsing our heads/using

the water process I use.

We don't wash ours, we hang and AIR them out.

But there are many diff't types of this fabric. I listed the one we use...

did you use something else? and could also be a matter of dffferent

environments/emfs and different physiologies/

Do you wear this shirt & boxers underneath your clothes or over them?  I'm not

sure about a poncho style. But something to think about.

Yes we need to keep the chitter down so we don't bother ! ha Loni

Under our clothes..on top of underwear...underneath jeans and shirt.

Yea, poncho would be too in the way...maybe a loose, comfortablly fitted two

piece shirt dress?

would give more easy movement, more coverage to body.

Loni, if you go the NExt UP website, they show ES people wearing just the

fabric,

basically sheet style, draped over their clothes. The point is, there are

options-

First, make sure the fabric works for you...then decide which style would work

best for you. What's the saying: " Desperation is the Mother of Creativity or

Ingenuity? "
