guar and weight loss(was: Guar vs. Psyllium)

I stopped using guar for a while and just started again (via the portfolio

diet). One thing I can count on is weight loss on guar. if you're trying

to lose and having a hard time, try guar (and I imagine psyllium probably

has the same effect). Strangely I don't seem to get any appetite

suppression with guar although most people do. I lose weight nevertheless.
