This time the majority has got it right!!

Maybe the responsibility has to lie with the initial description of the device before it's sold - clearly defining its purpose, use and legal limitations. Perhaps there needs to be some type of mandatory sales training before someone can actually sell the device.

This IMUNE totally agrees with- jointly with QX/Eclosion IMUNE have catalysed the development of a Brokers Code of Conducts. This was proposed by QWT of S Africa at the October Budapest Conference. The attending brokers were all in favour of the concept. A committee has virtually finalised the Code- this will include a responsibility for all brokers to ensure that their sales people conform.

IMUNE and QX/Eclosion opinion is that all sales people should have undergone the full IMUNE Education process

AND

have a special test in terms of sales ethics.
