It would be helpful, for me, to be able to find nutritious foods for identified

nutrient deficiencies.

For example after entering breakfast and lunch foods into fitday.com and

possible dinner fare it becomes obvious there are going to be deficiencies

too often. I'm ending up deficient in one or more of these: zinc, vitamin

K, Vitamin D and selenium. I now know one Brazil nut takes care of selenium.

Perhaps there are other options.
