If you are garfing down large amounts of guar between meals you could wind

up with a twisting and impaction of the colon!! Guar should only be eaten

with meals or with food added to it. See this post (which we have in our

If that doesn't deter you from eating lots of guar, there are plenty of

scrumptious recipes for all kinds of guar puddings and guar based " pies " in

the links under Member Recipes/ " desserts " .
