For a first CR post Terry, you did a very good one. Covering how

to overcome hunger and temptation is basic to being able to do CR.

CR must be comfortable and fun. To succeed long term, it must be

comfortable and fun -- or it won't be worthwhile. That is the

difference between success and failure, simple as that.

(below) maintains a long-term successful program. My own

modus operandi is similar to his. His ideas are sound ones that

make good practical common sense.

Fiber foods:

Not always eaten alone!

Guar: Can be made into puddings or added to various foods

(smoothies, pies, etc) -see CR Society website for recipes.

Cellulose: can be added to guar puddings or other foods as above.

High fiber cereals (All Bran with Extra Fiber, Fiber One)

Bran Crisps: good with Promise Fat Free spread plus low cal

fruit spreads, or cinnamon and sweetener, or low cal

maple syrup! (I like 'em anyway!)
