Sorry but I can’t keep my tongue here. First of all as a Medical doctor you are likely risking more if you diagnosed ANY medical condition with the EPFX than an “untrained” person who just spent 21K USD on a SCIO device. While off label use of dangerous albeit approved medications is perfectly normal and common in the US, using a “Quack” device (not my view of it) that the medical establishment largely knows nothing about to diagnose diseases such as Cancer or Aids has indeed landed doctors and naturopaths in jail. Or they’ve had their license revoked or were fined heavily when a patient later died after getting a clean bill of health from a licensed practitioner who EAV tested them or Kinesiology , etc. So far I haven’t heard of this happening with an EPFX/QX/SCIO type system. Point is, in the US you need only to be clear that your claims fall within stress reduction and biofeedback and beyond that there is as of yet no license mandates for biofeedback in the US. Of course Bill wants this in every household, but it is unrealistic to expect that when you don’t even have a product that will run properly in Windows Vista! Mr. Popiel wanted a pocket fisherman, ginsu knives, and egg scramblers in every household; he probably got close to that goal too. So please relent with this nonsense that anyone only sells to “properly trained users”. You’ll sell to anyone that has the money and you know it. And I say go for it. If they (new buyer) disregard the basics and make inappropriate claims then it will simply quicken the arrival of equipment that is compliant with the standards for the industry overall. Sure there’s going to be growing pains, better sooner than later. By selling more systems the bottom line for all of us is a win.

Re: where can I get a load code

Dear

The Budapest Home Office should be the place to go to get a load code

when your Broker is not helping you. This is due to the fact that we

would follow up with the Broker to find out why they are not

fulfilling their contractual requirements in helping their customers.

Please contact the Budapest Home Office on +36-1-303-6043.
