Guest guest
I winced when I read about that interview with Liza May. She's not in this group though and I would suggest that such eating (just one apple) is not what we want to project. If the CR Society thinks that is the way to respond to media requests, that's up to them. I hope noone in this group would project such an extreme image of CRON if talking to the media. IMO it's the wrong message. Eating even a couple of hundred calories a day less or even just cutting out the junk and unhealthy foods is something that anyone can do. And many of us on this list are in that category. We have urged Moderation often enough (at least on this board) . on 7/1/2004 3:43 PM, citpeks at citpeks@... wrote: >>>> > > Are you saying (or implying) that a lifestyle (or mine, more > specifically) that leads to a cholesterol under 160 is extreme? >>>> > .
