Each essential oil that is studied in the Aromatherapy & You Certification Course is set-up in a reference sheet. These sheets give a basic understanding of the background, constituents, properties and uses of each essential oil, as well as other interesting information that you are introduced to in the Certification Course.This class introduces you to how and understand the information on the essential oil reference sheets. When you collect all of these reference sheets about the essential oils and all of the other information sheets in the program, you will have an Essential Oil Reference Book about 3 inches thick.
