Right at the navel is where the " love handle " bulge is on my body. I am 177 cm tall. When I started CRON on May 18 I had a waist circumference of 100 cm (.565). As of today, June 28, it is 92.5 cm (.523). I'm only four centimeters away from the magic .5 ratio. I'd like to hit 86 cm (34 " ) eventually because I (like jwwright) fondly remember the days when I had that ideal 10 inch " drop " , that is, the difference between the chest and waist measurement.
