Mine didn't and when I contacted Furman they said I should send it back to Amazon (I thought they would just offer to send me a coax). Not sure how much of an issue it is. I suppose i can test it with a coax I probably have lying around. I really dont feel like exchanging the sucker and then finding out that the replacement doesn't have the cable either. I just find it odd that it didn't come with mine. Furman assured me that they are all shipped in those plastic packs to make sure I know I got a regular grade A product. You can just screw it into your coax wall outlet. I just found a coax cable from an old monster cable surge protector and connected it. No degradation of picture quality at all so far. I am just going to keep it and exchange it. I was kind of surprised at Furman's response to all this though. I think most companies would have just sent out a free cable.
