I have been eating quite an amount of berries - raspberries,

blackberries, blueberries strawberries and cranberries - but see

that they have oxylates which can be harmful for anyone who has

a compromized gall bladder or kidneys. I dont have either of

these conditions in fact my gall bladder was removed 35 years

ago but I am feeling cautious being that I'm of the elderly genre

;-) Has anyone else noted this concern?
