Guest guest
I am having trouble with my EPFX slowed way down for calibration and for the test. Sometimes I can restart and it will be ok, sometimes it will go slow again--very frustrating. I've done a computer clean up and compacted files although there wasn't anything to clean up. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? -- Blessings,

Guest guest
I have just had this problem and with tec support and re-loading of the program finally discovered that it was the USB port and, with valuable help from a technician, I re-configured a new port and problem solved. Guest guest
We would advise anyone having technical problems to contact the Technical Support Team. If you start trying to resolve the problems yourselves or on the advice of a friend this is where you can run into trouble. The software is quite uniques so what may normally help for other software could actually cause problems with the Clasp32. If you are not sure what you are doing even with a basic clean up please call. Yes, Mac Books are unique and often need to be handled differently. We have one individual who works with the Mac Issues. Guest guest
Please explain. I have a MacBook Pro - (4 gigs of Ram) - Split the hard drive and I use the PC portion for the EPFX and the Mac for my graphic design. I received from my broker the new update of 8-8-08. When I used my old Clasp 32 version 07-07-07 it never gave me errors, but I was using the PC I received from my broker. Now, I do not know if it is the new version of Clasp or the MacBook Pro but my sessions get interrupted constantly and I have to restart up to 3 times sometimes. This is not only a frustration while doing the sessions but I have noticed that My EPFX box is showing that I am in Subspace with an X in the Head band. I talked to my broker about returning to the previous version and he said I needed to defrag and reinstall the new version. Doing that has not make any difference. The problem continues. I am going to change the USB cable and see if that makes any difference. I would like to have some advice please. Guest guest
Greetings All, Try doing a virtual test and see if it slows, if so You might try looking in msconfig and or your start up and see if you have other thing running that you have set to run upon, start up to run Clasp exclusively. I also do USB port replacement for $99, not including shipping. Guest guest
I would like to know why this broker is distributing the new software when it hasn't been released from head office yet. Does anyone have control over what these brokers do? Perhaps you should ignore your broker and do what your gut instinct tells you: reinstall your old version.
