Hi Francesca,

I'd be happy to help.

I can setup/maintain a website that makes this group's CRON info more

readily available. It would be useful to work with some experienced

folks who identify what is useful to put on the site.

I'd also be happy to help with the advisory board as a junior member

until I have considerably more understanding and experience with CRON.

Thank you for all you do. It makes a good difference.

Take care, Easy

At our offlcial "birthday" last October (3 years old) we were 600

members.

Today only 8 months later we are about 1400 members, more than double.

This growth brings with it the need for help in running the group. If

you

would like to help or have a special talent (for example one person

volunteered to find more "bargains" on the web for CRON supportive

products.

That's her forte) please do volunteer. Or if you would just like to

"give

something back" for the better health and increased knowledge that the

group

has given you, please volunteer.

If you would like to be on the "advisory board" let me know. These

would be

people that would help make major decisions. Ideally such members

should be

veterans, and people that post fairly regularly - or at least should

have

been with us for a few months and have had some experience with the

group.

We like to keep everything "free" here so we don't have money to

compensate

you with. But helping does carry with it a lot of satisfaction that the

group will continue to improve and evolve and give us the most

up-to-date

information we need to live healthy and longer.

I'd like to give a special thank you to my current helpers who are:

Apricot, Doug Younkin, JW , Mark (finewinemark) and of course

Walford. These people give generously of their time so that the rest

of us

can benefit. Any one of them can tell you that it's not a major

investment

of their time. Apricot and Doug work full time at regular jobs in fact

and

yet manage to help the group.

Contact me or any of the above people offlist if you can help, no

matter how

much or little time you have to do so.
