Hi ,

Anytime you do a detox you are going to feel worse before you feel

better. Have you tried a 3 Day juice cleanse using Organic Apple Juice?

This is very good for getting rid of stagnant lymph. Also, you should

only be eating raw fruits and veggies or juicing them. No meat, breads,

processed foods or dairy. If yo choose the juice cleanse then do not eat

unless you are extremely hungry than only eat an apple. Nothing else.

Just 16 ounces of prune juice in the AM and distilled water and apple

juice till you have drank a gallon of each per day. This is one gallon

of distilled water and one gallon of apple juice. You will find the

cleanse in the files. It is very easy to do and you will feel really

great afterwards. Especially if you choose to go for 6 days.

Dry skin brushing is very good for stimulating the flow of lymph as well.

Hi ,

Yes your esophagus can swell up and become tender as you detox but how

do you know your esophagus is swollen?. When you detox you detox every

cell in your body. You detox every organ in your body too.

Hi ,

I have never heard of anyone who used aloe vera gel or juice have any

part of their body become irritated to it, but everyone is different. I

would tend to think that the aloe vera is helping your poor esophagus to

heal. Too much acid from all the reflux. This is why I suggest you doing

a juice cleanse and eating only raw fruits and green leafy vegetables.

When you do eat, do not eat a lot. Always better to leave the table a

little bit hungry than too full. Do not stop exercising. This is very

crucial in any detox and for life in general.

It won't take forever to drain. Just do the juice cleansing and keep

exercising. You will find yourself getting better and better each and

every day. It does take time though but not forever.

excuse me.. just jumping in with an idea... Aloe is very good stuff, but too much taken internally can be a bit toxic and since it it is a laxative, can also cause stomach cramps in some people and could possibly effect the esophagus. I have tried it and it cramps me very hard, like bending over cramps....just an idea....i had to stop taking it.

Hi ,

I do understand. It is hard to eat properly when you don't have the

proper food to eat. If you are experiencing problems with the Aloe Vera

then discontinue it and start using Slippery Elm powder. It will help to

soothe and heal your esophagous and stomach. Candida will affect every

part of your body from your toes to your brain and everything in between.

All anyone can do is their best. Just keep plugging away at it and

you will beat it. We are here to support you and assist you in any way

we can.

Hi Granny,

Welcome to the group by the way. Actually the thinker was contemplating

why he was so bound up when the answer was right below him. He was

sitting and not squatting. The natural pooping position is to squat.

Sitting while evacuating creates all kinds of problems for people. The

modern toilet seriously needs to be revised. The usage of it causes more

hemorrhoid problems and bowels problems than most anything else with the

exception of diet. Before the invention of the modern toilet in around

the mid 1800's everyone was squatting and hemorrhoids were far and few

between. However, I do agree that one needs to be relaxed as any anxiety

will bind you up tighter than a sealed drum. Best to have a stool by the

toilet (about 10 inches high) to place your feet onto when you go so

that you are basically in the proper position. Just hug your knees and

let nature take over or squat on top of the john.

way back, 1984, one of my daughters who ownes a furniture store, gave me a little 12 inch tall stool... it immediately found its way into my bathroom. ; )...most people assume it is just a handy place to put the magazine : ) Good place to read, too.....with such a good foot stool!
