Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the tip. Judy pbanagal <pbanagal@...> wrote: I remember having sleep apnea. Anyway i noticed that if i ate a heavy dinner then take my diabetic pills and feel so sleepy and went to bed, i get this attack. Try not to sleep til 2 hours after dinner. RE: Re: anti-fungal diet Hi Bobbi, Part of my sleep problem is due to stress (my low stress day job has turned into anything but!!!); I also have a mild case of sleep apnea which I've had for awhile (even when I was smaller). I remember that recipe and look forward to trying it as I progress with this candida cleanse. I've read in a few places that dried coconut is not a good idea when you're eliminating candida, so I'm sticking to the oil for now. Unfortunately, I all too often eat dinner later than is optimal... another change I need to make... (Sigh)... I sometimes feel I'm in remedial class trying to get my act together... Take care and thanks for all your tips! Judy Bobbi Huber <bobbi@...> wrote: I think once you have used the VCO you will find that you will sleep better. Yes, I'd read not to take it too close to bedtime. We have our dinner between 5-6 and go to bed around 10 and I haven't had any problems. I tried one of the recipes in one of the books, cut chicken breast in strips, dip in an egg wash and then coat with a mixture of ground flax seed & shredded unsweetened coconut and brown in a skillet with coconut oil. It was yummy!! I had about a cup of Brussels sprouts drizzled with a little fresh lemon juice seasoned with Tarragon and Italian herbs and was very satisfied. Keep in touch. Guest guest
In my experience this is usually low thyroid. Also reduce wheat to nil in diet, as it adversely affects a good nights sleep. Go into the sports programme (spinal) and look at the thyroid levels and cortisol. Bye Sue SLEEP APNEA i have a client who has sleep apnea for 2 years and is currently using a cpap machine. my client would like to get off this machine. what program or therapy should i use on the epfx/scio to treat this client. Guest guest
If your friend is overweight ( most as a result of deep emotional issues compounded with resulting entwined metabolic stress. There is also a possibility nerve dysfunction involved if your friend is not overweight. If a Doctor recommend the machine than you should work with that Doctor if you want to ask your friend to tapper off the machine. Sleeping in a diferent position such as one side and not on your back might help. Here are some other things that might help sleep apnea: Minimize your use of alcohol, antihistamines, or tranquilizers. Develop regular sleep habits (lights out early ), and especially make sure you get enough sleep at night. Gargle with salt water to shrink your tonsils Don't smoke or expose yourself to other irritants (such as dust or perfumes). Try eliminating mucus-producing foods (such as dairy, wheat and bananas) for two weeks. Then begin eating themn again and see if you notice any differnces. > > In my experience this is usually low thyroid. Also reduce wheat to nil in diet, as it adversely affects a good nights sleep. Guest guest
Hi this is usually low thyroid, bye Sue Sleep Apnea I have a client who has had sleep apnea for two years. What EPFX therapy would be best to resolve this?
Guest guest
You might want to try the following. Oxygen therapy in Timed Therapies Music & Superlearning and while there open the top ruler bar of Additional and do Snore Less and finish by putting the long term button on (on the main page) then click on Stabilize Breathing over night. Give it a try. I'd try using the 3 part combination in different ways to see if the Oxygen over night or the Snore Less worked better as the long term therapy. Guest guest
I had heard about a mouth guard to place in the mouth while you sleep. What I understand is it keeps the jaw and tongue from closing off the airway so you can sleep. It is designed for your mouth by a Dentist. Check on line for a dentist that works with them. I don't remember what its called off hand but there are several different kinds. Then you won't need a CPAP. Guest guest
Cranial work - like Cranial-Sacral Therapy or Cranial Release Technique (CRT) - also reduce the severity of sleep apnea. I suspect the intraoral devices work as well - but personally, I'd rather not rely on things like this when the problem can be corrected naturally.
