RE: PolyGlycopleX (PGX)

Thanks for the sales pitch! I see the clincial studies for glucomannan, but

not those for PGX. Until I see those studies, I really don't see a good

reason to purchase Dr. 's expensive stuff rather than just use the

less expensive konjac mixed with xanthan gum.

Hi :

Hmmmm. Among the warnings accompanying PolyGlycoplex

is: " .......... . If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or

difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek

immediate medical attention. " Worth keeping in mind.

(Or perhaps it would be more efficient to drive to the parking lot

outside the local emergency department before taking it?) ; ^ )))
