Guest guest
Thanks for that site. We are an Organic minded family, so we are doing alot of those suggestions already on that page. We only eat organic foods. Trader joes, natural grocers and Whole foods are the only places I shop. I don't use a cell phone as much, but since we move around alot and only " rent " we usually can not put in a land line. I do my best to shut off all electrical things when I'm not using them. I have not bought myself a an RF meter yet however. As for sleeping on a coil mattress, we sleep in Hammocks. They are better for the back anyway. Our toothpastes contain no florides, but I do have a few Mecury filling I need to get rid of. Only with we had beter dental insurance to pay for it. I've been taking chlorilla and also " calm " magnesium for some detox. There's sOOOoOoOOoo much more to do it feels overwhelming. Again, thanks for the extra advice. > > Welcome Ema or > Please read this before doing anything drastic: > http://www.raleighes.info/Support/1st_Steps.html > > Read a lot, listen to a lot of people, before jumping into any programs. > > All my best to you! > >
Guest guest
and Ema, , that's a wonderful site! It is clear, concise and I especially appreciate the part where it states to build up the immune system first, before trying to detox. This is an area not covered in many articles, and as a result, it is just too easy to overwhelm the body's system by trying to detox an already over loaded body. If we think of the liver as a garbage bin..if its already full, there's no place for the stuff to go! And if we think of the kidneys as a screening filter, if its cluttered with dirt, it can't screen out the impurities. This s/times leads to the detox pathways being blocked. Nothing good can get in, and nothing bad has a way out. I liken it to traffic pile ups on the freeway. The stuff backs up and the person feels worse, as they are getting no where fast. And too, if the body is already deficient in vital minerals, then its already runnng on empty when someone is trying to chelate/detox. This results in " more " vital minerals being pulled out, of an already deficient body. Ema, take it one step at a time. Think of this like building a house. First clear the land. (remove fluoridated water, fake food, reduce wireless radiation, sources of dirty electricity, etc- or as I often refer to it as: stop hitting yourself with a hammer!) Then build the foundation ( support and strenthen the immune system, specifically; the thyroid and adrenal glands.) Third, Address the mineral/vitamin deficiencies;so that the body has the tools it needs to do its job. Or you could just look at it as cleaning a house, one room at a time. Get a corner cleaned out. Keep in mind that the journey to health is much like peeling away the layers of an onion, or old wall paper. One layer at a time. Blessings of many, Lizzie From: wigglefish88@...
