steph , here is part of a discussion from a forum i found.

" Yes I know what you mean. The following demonstrates that mixed

information regarding Apple Cider vinegar and whether it kills or

feeds candida. Generally speaking, Apple Cider Vinegar has been

successfully used in creating vaginal douche formulas to kill

vaginal yeast infections. Apple cider vinegar has also been used in

drinking water of dogs to successfully treat yeast infections in

dogs. I have a blood analyst that is very knowledgeable and that I

trust and he believes that apple cider vinegar is an antifungal and

so will kill candida. I will continue to ingest apple cider vinegar

not only because of its antifungal properties but because of its

proven ability to kill a host of parasites and bactertia and its

ability to create a more balanced body PH. As I also do regular

Liver Flushes , I will continue to take ACV on a regular basis as

the malic acid in acv is known to soften and break up any gull

stones to allow their easy disposal from the body during a Liver

Flush .

I guess since we are all so different, the best thing to do is try

and monitor whether ingestion of ACV makes your candida problem

worse or better. I don't believe that you can know for sure any

other way but to be a guinea pig and hope for the best. Also, if you

decide to try ACV, be sure to stick to the unfiltered, raw, and

unpasturized type available in health food stores. Part of the

confusion around this may have to do with differences in ACV and

their effect on Candida. It well could be that the store bought

distilled apple cider vinegar may well be bad if you have Candida.
