Hello,

My name is Maggie Moline & I am a quantum practitioner, and I am calling out to

everyone who has been involved with the quantum, (practitioners, teachers, and

anyone else involved, etc) to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against

CBS, CBC, Seattle times, and any other media outlets or companies that have said

lies about us as we go

forward.

Do you feel that your business has been hurt by negative LIES that were in the

press? Well, now is your time to vent! I would like you to email me with your

story about how you were affected, and how much it hurt you. I will compile

these stories to share with the court.

As many of you know, the media has said many LIES about our inventor Dr. ,

and the Device, that are NOT true. This was wrong and caused damage to our

business. So we must file a lawsuit in order to straighten things out, so that

the world may have the truth. Because these lies told by the media remain on

the web, so the damage continues. And it will not stop until we file a lawsuit

to remove it, and make it stop.

So, we must take ACTION.

It does appear to have been done with malicious intent to protect the interests

of the drug companies. But no matter what the reason, it doesn’t matter –

it was wrong and it caused us harm, so we must file the lawsuit to bring about

truth and justice.

Contrary to what the media has said, the truth is that the Device does work, and

Dr. is a real scientist who does happen to have many academic

achievements, degrees, & experiences in his background, such as working on the

Apollo project – and most of all, he is NOT a Felon.

Yet the media lied about these things, and CBS news lied and called him a felon.

It is illegal to call anyone a felon for any reason when they are not. So we

must sue them for ‘torcherous business interferance’, because this Lie

caused all of us to lose a lot of money.

Also, they still need to get the story straight and report the truth about all

of these things.

We can turn everything around by suing the media so they will be forced to

report the truth, and this will also allow people to have good healthcare

involving our quantum biofeedback.

Now, Dr (also known as Desire Dubounet) is currently a professor and

consultant for our device, where it is actually all of the rest of us involved

who have been hurt the most, by these lies.

So, we need everyone who has been injured to join together to file this lawsuit.

And Dr is onboard to help us, and he also has a law degree himself, so I

feel confident he will be able to further assist us in this way.

So I would like to ask all of the practitioners and everyone involved who feels

you have been hurt to contribute $50 to a trust which I set up for this purpose

called, “The Intl Quantum Biofeedback Assnâ€.

With your $50 contribution, you will not only be contributing to removing the

lies off the internet, and helping healthcare in our country and world to move

forward, but you will also become a member of the trust, whereby YOU will become

eligible to receive money for damages from the settlement money received out of

this class action lawsuit, which we will split amongst the members.

And to start, I plan to file a $30 million dollar class action lawsuit against

CBS straight away, so everyone should be well compensated for our damages.

I am also moving forward to file lawsuits against these other media outlets

which have caused damage.

And another benefit included for all participants, is that you will be protected

from the public domain under a private membership association.

We are legally allowed to offer benefits under a private membership association,

whereby you are allowed to say words like ‘treat’, or ‘I can help cure

your cancer’, in explaining it is a benefit under our private membership. So

instead of waivers, we will have membership agreements where clients could also

become members. And any advertising you may to do reflecting these types of

words must have a disclaimer to say these are benefits under our private

membership. I will get you more information on this as we go forward.

But there is nothing wrong with our software or device, or our people - the

problem is with the legal and political nonsense.

So, anyone dealing with our device on a professional level really needs to be

protected from this nonsense under a private membership.

This will also help to prevent us from having any further lawsuits in this way.

And we need to move forward with this right away also to avoid any time

constraints that may be placed upon us, as we discovered the CBS news segment

was taken down in September, so I would like to get this filed before September

this year, and get it going as soon as possible.

a status update and report what is happening with the lawsuit, and where we are

at with things, etc.

proves Dr is innocent of any wrong doing.

Also, I posted some other media clips with responses that point out their lies.

If you send me statements regarding your personal experiences, damages, or cases

where people did not buy because of these lies in the press, I could post that

too, or whatever other related information may turn up to post.

quantum, so that they could also be compensated for their losses involved with

been involved with our quantum device qualifies, since the media has been on the

to move quantum biofeedback forward and keep all lies about it off the internet,

and make the media tell the truth.
