Guest guest
I go out but need to work on some agoraphobic symptoms that came back. Driving over bridges, & heights. Has shingles symptoms 101 fever in the spring, now nerve pain that won't leave. w/d made it worse. ES started got worse w stronger cells before w/d. Yes it is a dice roll. They started valium then kept changing to stronger benzo's I tried to resist the new drugs, but wasn't strong enough to walk away then. Quit low dose antidepressant after gave heart pain 2 yrs ago. Didn't know about organic food & good vitamins in my 20's.  Tested w a wheat allergy at 19, but chose to ignore it until a few years ago. Quit milk after gave IBS. Had a night from hell, but made it & am not giving in to more poison. Everyone listen & don't give in to drugging your kids. Food & vitamins are the way. If it would help talking to the person effected I could. It's possible to overcome agoraphobia w courage & patience. Blessings, Kathy calicocat477@...
