Hi all,

My temperature has been normal the last few days. I've had my best

ever temperature reading since taking it. I don't want to get too

excited as some days it is good only to plummet the next or go

haywire. I have actually cut down on vco, just using it as i would

have used butter or marg but no extra but have been taking the

cayenne more regularly for the last few days and wonder if that's

doing it, as that is good for circulation and metabolism. No cramps

either the last few days. The other things i've been doing is taking

the cod liver oil over the last 5 days about a dessert spoon a day.

Someone did mention I think it was Alobar, about taking Vit D for

musclecramps. And i've been using trusalt but only in breadmaking,

extra iodine maybe might be helping.

It could be combination of all these things. I've also been eating

more bananas for the potassium. I've been trying to find if there

is a vit D connection to thyroid. I've read some reports that say it

may be detrimental, it was not clear at all. Anyway i will see if my

temperature stays up and keep taking the cayenne. Something is

giving me indigestion so i hope it's not the cayenne. I read about a

lady who suffered really cold feet and a month on the cayenne and

her feet were warm again. Dare i say it, cayenne might be a better

answer than the vco and cheaper, although i'm sure it is still doing

me lots of good and wouldn't dream of giving it up altogether.
